Bart Yancey is a successful entrepreneur and executive in the healthcare industry. As Founder and CEO of Enrollment Advisors, Bart developed innovative employee benefits strategies and grew the company to over 300 employees and clients in all 50 states, including Saks Fifth Avenue, BJ's Wholesale, and Fresenius. Recognized as one of the leading benefit companies, EA sold to CNO Financial CNO (NYSE) in 2021. A Samford University graduate, Bart is active in organizations like YPO and KultureCity. He enjoys golf, traveling, and family time with his wife, Danielle.
Jeff Flannery
Chief Dental Officer
Dr. Jeff Flannery, founder of Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry, has grown his practice to include three doctors. A USC-trained pediatric dentist and UAB Sparks trainee, he received the Ayuda International Humanitarian Award. A board member of the SSPD, he enjoys mission trips, skiing, and family time with his wife Ellen and their six children.
Rob Ginter
Chief Dental Officer
Rob Ginter is an experienced executive in finance, business development, and healthcare operations. He earned his MBA from UAB and built a career scaling high-growth healthcare ventures. In 2014, he launched Pack Health and, as VP of Operations, guided its growth through acquisition by Quest Diagnostics.
Allison Ferrell
Director of Marketing
Allison Ferrell is a marketing leader with experience spanning SaaS, nonprofits, and professional sports. Currently Director of Marketing at Fireside, she builds community-focused brand strategies. Her past roles include VP of Growth at Birmingham Legion FC and Creative Director at Daxko. Allison lives in Birmingham with her husband Chip and daughter Margot, enjoying trails, live music, and design.
Griffin Walker
Director of Finance
Griffin Walker is a finance professional with experience advising privately held businesses in the healthcare and consumer sectors. Previously at QS Capital Advisors, he accumulated over $700M in transaction experience. He’s excited to build a best-in-class finance function that supports Fireside’s mission. Griffin lives in Birmingham with his wife and two daughters. They enjoy cooking, coffee, fitness, and good books.
Rachel Hospes
Director of Customer Success
Rachel Hospes is a dental professional with a background in healthcare and client-facing roles. With degrees in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, and Dental Hygiene, she brings analytical thinking and a deep understanding of customer needs. As a dental hygienist, she developed strong communication skills and a passion for helping others—strengths she now brings to creating exceptional member experiences.
Brandon Richards
Senior Director of Partnership and Growth
Brandon Richards brings more than 16 years of business experience and a strong background in the medical device industry. Prior to Fireside, he led operations and growth strategy at Kinder Krowns, a leading pediatric dental crown laboratory. Brandon lives in Birmingham with his wife and two children and is passionate about customer experience and operational excellence.
Luke Wortman
Practice Advisor
Luke Wortman is a healthcare sales professional focused on building strong partnerships with physicians and care teams. A graduate of Samford University, his career has spanned surgical innovation and hospital partnerships. He is passionate about supporting pediatric dentistry and improving patient experiences. Luke lives in Birmingham with his wife, Payton.
Tyler Jorgensen
Practice Advisor
Tyler Jorgensen is a sales leader with expertise in medical device and orthopedic sports medicine sales. Before joining Fireside, he managed multimillion-dollar portfolios at Smith & Nephew across surgical technologies and regenerative solutions. Tyler lives in Birmingham with his wife and young son. He enjoys golf, college football, and convincing his friends he can still dunk.
